FAQs
Below are some Frequently Asked Questions that you may have after viewing our ABOUT page:
Do I need to make a reservation?
At Edoboy we use the term time slots. Guests must book a time slot through the free dining app RESY to dine with us.
ALL guests ages 5 and up require an individual time slot.
We do not accept walk-ins.
When do you release time slots?
Time slots are released every Monday at 12:00pm via RESY for the current week.
We are open Thursday - Sunday and time slots are available from 4:00pm - 9:00pm.
After you book, you will receive a confirmation email and your time slot information will be on your RESY account.
Do I need to download the Resy app?
Downloading the free Resy app is not necessary, but highly encouraged. If you not see the time/date you want, use the NOTIFY feature on the Resy app to receive automatic alerts if your desired time slot becomes available.
How long do I have to stand?
Each time slot is for one hour. Similar to the on-the-go standing sushi spots in Japan, this unique dining experience is meant to last one hour or less. Our countertop is wheelchair accessible.
How do I book for more than 2 people?
For parties of 3 or more people, please book multiple time slots for the same date and time. You are able to book multiple time slots using the same account for the same date and time.
TIP: Earlier times, Thursdays, and Sundays are easiest slots to secure.
For parties of 6 or more people, please email edoboysushifoh@gmail.com up to two weeks prior to your intended date.
Can you accommodate my allergy or other dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate most common allergies like gluten & shellfish. We cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian diets.
If you include a note or indicate your dietary restrictions on your RESY profile, we can prepare accordingly.
Guests with dietary restrictions who have not familiarized themselves with our menu remain subject to our cancellation policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 72 hours [after 12pm] before your time slot, will be charged a $50 fee per guest.
What if I am running late?
We allow a 15 minute grace period. Unfortunately, Edoboy cannot guarantee the full 12 piece limit to guests who are more than 15 minutes late. There is a $50 no-show fee per guest.
What if my guest/s can’t make it?
If your guest/s can no longer attend, please find someone else to use their spot/s. Any guests that do not fulfill their time slot will be charged a $50 no-show fee using the card on file.
Can I bring my own bottle of wine, sake, or alcohol?
No.
Do you sell giftcards?
Gift cards can be purchased here. Recipients receive a code to use at checkout. Please note that the gratuity amount is limited to the available balance remaining on the gift card.
